Near Deeside / Hybrid | £26,000–£28,000 + Study Support

Our Client is recruiting for a Finance Graduate to join a successful business based near Deeside.  This is a fantastic development opportunity for a graduate who is strong on Excel, analytical and commercially minded, looking to build a career in finance.

This is an opportunity for a finance graduate looking to build a long-term career in finance within a commercial business. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will gain broad exposure across management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making.

This is very much a development role. You will be supported and mentored by an experienced finance team while gradually taking on greater responsibility and developing your technical and commercial finance skills.

The business is also committed to your professional development and will provide study support towards a relevant professional accountancy qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.

About You

• Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths or similar degree
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly analytical with good attention to detail
• Commercially curious and confident working with numbers
• Keen to learn and develop a career in finance
• Good communication skills

Full study support will be provided towards ACCA, CIMA or a relevant professional qualification, with excellent opportunities for progression within the finance team.
