Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis you will create and share in-depth analysis to support decision-making across the business
- Perform regular variance analysis to highlight the key drivers of financial results; challenging where necessary
- Proactively look for and analyse opportunities to improve performance, identify risks and mitigating actions
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting process, work closely with senior stakeholders to accurately forecast our future performance
- Perform market analysis and bench marking to provide context on financial performance
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement actions and strategies that align with business goals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our current systems and processes to drive efficiencies and improvements
Skills and Experience:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent
- Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business central and Jet Reports desirable
- Be willing to identify, take on and own business issues and seek favorable outcomes
- Driven – looking for a role to develop and grow a career in FP&A
- Have proven experience in FP&A for a multi-site business
- Be able to work at pace and produce high quality work to tight deadlines
