Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for an Admin support to the HR Department on a 3 month FTC for a leading service provider in their field. Based in the Wirral close to the M56 and M53. Office-based Monday to Friday with a competitive salary, a great opportunity for someone immediately available with a passion for HR. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will play a key part in providing effective and comprehensive support to the HR function, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with managers and staff.

Responsibilities will include

  • Supporting with admin work
  • Arranging interviews
  • Organising offer letters
  • Oversee amendments to contracts
  • Produce and send start date letters and probation letters.
  • Undertake daily checks on the recruitment inbox and all job applications.
  • Ensure all general inquiries from the public, about employment, are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner
  • Support as required the HR Manager and the Senior HR Officer with staff sickness absence queries, check SIP to ensure correct information has been recorded, and provide guidance and support to the managers
