Introducing Hannah Johnson ‘Qualified Business Psychologist in Leadership Profiling & Assessment’

We are delighted to welcome Hannah to the Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group team.  Hannah is a Qualified Business Psychologist and works on an associate basis providing bespoke leadership assessment and psychometric testing.

A B O U T

Hannah is an experienced business psychologist and assessment specialist, who is passionate about taking the organisations she works with from good to great, and from great to exceptional, through a variety of psychology-based interventions. Hannah has worked across the UK and Europe, supporting organisations in the private and public sector across a variety of industries from engineering to manufacturing, technology, transport, finance, health & sales.

E X P E R I E N C E

Hannah has built her assessment and selection expertise over many years, starting in the early days running assessment centres for Coutts bank. She has regularly added new psychometric qualifications to her toolkit and uses these as a base for her leadership profiling, supporting her clients to effectively select the best candidates and avoid the financial and reputational damage of poor hiring decisions. Now, she specialises in senior to executive level assessment and advises her clients on the best combination of psychometric tools for specific roles.

Hannah is also experienced in the design of competency frameworks and behavioural interview questions which can significantly increase the effectiveness of recruitment practices. Her approach is friendly yet pragmatic, which allows her to easily build rapport with her clients, as well as their candidates, and ensure that selection decisions align with organisational culture and values.
