About Us

Founded in 2017 by leading industry recruitment entrepreneur, Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group is an independent business operating exclusively in the recruitment of Senior Finance, Accountancy & Finance and Office Support sectors.  We also recruit within specialist disciplines.  The areas we cover include Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales and the North West of England, and further afield if required.

We also have our Leadership Profiling & Assessment division, which is headed up by our in-house profiling expert Liz Lawson, who is highly trained in leadership assessment, with over 12 years experience in psychometric profiling, combined with a Masters in Occupation Psychology.  We see leadership profiling as an important part of a senior recruit, or any recruit to ensure that your business is getting it right first time.
