Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group are currently working with an established, well-known organisation based on the outskirts of Wrexham who have an exciting opportunity for an Business Administrator to support the business.
The Role:
An Administrator is required to join a dynamic and progressive business based within the Wrexham area. The appointed Administrator will be responsible for the paper and electronic administration systems, along with ensuring administrative tasks are completed to an excellent standard in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Holidays, expenses, attendance reports
- Staff Development Reviews & Training schedules
- Reception cover – phones, meeting rooms, greeting clients, deliveries etc.
- Monitoring external inboxes – sales, enquiries, careers
- Updating the internal system accurately
- Plan and organise a demanding workload
- General administration duties
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues
- And the potential to help out with marketing (if interested)
The Candidate
The successfully appointed Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
- Demonstrable working history within an office environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines
- Strong team player
The Package
- up to £23,000 per annum – dependent on experience
- Free on site parking
